Thankfully I have not had to call BCS to do much more than quarterly maintenance. Anytime I do call though your techs are professional and able to answer my questions. I appreciate them talking to me in layman’s terms. When I call I get an actual person on the line and someone always calls me to let me know they are on their way.

BCS is always very prompt when I needed a unit serviced. The guys are always willing to help me improve the performance of my HVAC and dehumidification units resulting in the best air quality that can be provided for patrons and staff. BCS and BVRC has developed a pretty good relationship for both companies and I hope it continues for years to come.
